A coach will provide one-on-one instruction and guidance throughout each exercise paying careful attention to the client’s technique, tempo and rest periods. The ultimate goal is for the client to remain focused and motivated while attaining real-world results.

Semi-Private Training

Clients receive the same benefits of private training in a small group. Combining a group setting with a customized and individualized training program evokes a team spirit for like-minded fitness enthusiasts.

Online Exercise Programming

This is the perfect solution for clients who are not local to our facility or clients who are always traveling and not able to commit to scheduled sessions. Online exercise programming clients start by visiting the facility for an initial fitness screen. They will then receive a workout via email every month to perform on their own.  Email support with a program design specialist is included in the monthly fee.  Any questions will be answered within 24 hours of inquiry, Monday through Friday. It is preferred that the client comes in once a month to review the program and ensure they understand how each exercise should be performed.


Diet/Nutrition Advisory is price dependent on term of contract.
Included in program:

  • Initial evaluation and goal setting
  • Easy to follow strategies to form habits for long term success
  • Bi-weekly meeting and reassessment (45min)
  • Health coach email access 8am-7pm weekdays
